Dirghayu provides a personalised digital service that is generated immediately after payment based on user responses.

Once payment is successfully completed and access to the personalised assessment is granted, the service is considered fully delivered.

Due to the digital and personalised nature of the service, refunds or cancellations are not offered after successful payment.

In case of a verified technical issue preventing access after payment, users may contact support for resolution.
